To whom it may concern,
I Darrell Sanders will no longer be living with my ex fiance at 3033 peridot street. As we are splitting , I have been living at 1698 Raindance since May 20th of 2011. I am living there on a lease purchase with hope to buy the property for my primary residence.
Samantha Long will be residing at the peridot address from this point on. Due to the split i will no longer be residing there, and she will be responsible for the mortgage.
