Maria converse with you) In the last measurement we have done wrong for the simple reason that doctors use the old consents. When requesting to sign it again, having in many cases been completed by nursing staff and signed by the patient again, doctors refuse to cooperate and do not sign. Last position was with Dr Sanhueza, (child Surgeon). Because of this situation we are in default and not by the absence of the document, which ultimately is equal 0. The PC medical center were reviewed and are updated, we'll review and Admission urgency, but when one appears externally or notebook personal consultation we changed immediately before the patient leaves, but the main issue is that doctors do not cooperate with the appropriate change .
